Organic Chemistry Tutor State Functions
Organic Chemistry Tutor State FunctionsIn my organic chemistry classes, we teach the organic chemistry tutor state functions. The state functions are not just the theory. You should see an obvious difference in the answer for a lecture question about a position, and then one question that is similar but you do not have to look any further. The actual answer is written in one of the columns. The answer is there so that you know what to do next, the answer is not really required by the tutor to teach the theory. There are a lot of cases where you have to do the state functions because you cannot determine the answer by thinking about what to do next. A classroom is like an open-air laboratory. The pieces of the experiments are moved from one section to another and if the time is not right then you have to move them again. If you have an answer like ionic bond, then you can not predict an ionic bond. In addition, the algebraic formulas are not enough to predict the chemical reaction. The a nswer is not a solid idea. You can only calculate the reaction with extra parts of the theory. You can not predict every single component of the reaction. This is just like the English teacher that does not help you to think logically. The organic chemistry tutor state functions are also useful to predict the reaction to other components. When you have a complex question, you can use the state functions to predict the reaction. Suppose you ask what is the carbon atom. You do not have to calculate how many atoms it would take for the carbon atom to fall from the atomizer to the carbon-carbon bond.I am using the organic chemistry tutor state functions to make my topic easier. I am not the only one that uses the state functions. Everyone asks the tutor to predict the reaction for something. The information is simple but it is very helpful.

Audition Tips 4 Things You Need Besides Talent
Audition Tips 4 Things You Need Besides Talent Heather L. So youve been preparing for an audition for a few months, and the big day has finally come. But even if you have the talent to back up your performance, there are a few things youll need to remember to get on your potential directors good side. Read on as St. Augustine, FL teacher Heather L. explains Auditions can be the most unpleasant part of being a performing artist. But with great preparation and forethought, they can also be the most valuable and exciting part. Auditioning shows us clearly and quickly where our strengths and our challenges lie, and they can be opportunities for us to put our face out there, in other words, to showcase our talent within our communities and within the small world of the performing arts. But talent alone rarely gets us the gigs that we seek. Here are four audition tips that go beyond bringing that talent of yours. 1. Arrive on time. This might be most important of all of the audition tips. Ive known performers who forgot sheet music or the words in their monologue to pass performance exams and get coveted roles, but Ive never known a person to be late and to have a successful audition. First, it puts you, the auditioner, into a harried and stressed state. An acting teacher once taught me that a performer should come into the space in which hes to perform 10 to 15 minutes beforehand. This allows you to get used to the feeling and energy of that space, to focus and to visualize an amazing audition. Secondly, it shows the director or audition team that youre responsible, dependable and that you take the production seriously. They want to know that youll be at rehearsals and performances on time, too. 2. Be tremendously confident. A vocal coach of mine once told me a personal story of hers to teach me a lesson about the importance of self-confidence. She flew from Virginia to New York to audition for the graduate program at the Manhattan School of Music. When she arrived at the college, she found that the administration hadnt reserved a room for her in which to warm up, a standard accommodation at that level. The accomplished singer ended up singing vocalises in the womens restroom. When she got to the stage to sing her prepared audition, she was so frustrated that she almost felt as though she didnt care whether or not she got the spot in the illustrious school. She sang with such confidence and resolve that immediately upon ending the audition, the panel offered her a full scholarship on the spot. This timid and soft-spoken woman then told me, You have to be almost cocky. Please take note of the work almost. You own the stages on which you audition for the time that youre given. Smile, then use that smile to show that youre not only competent, but passionate about exactly what youre doing. 3. Bring your listening ears. So many otherwise great performing artists that Ive known have had poor auditions because they just cant seem to listen well to the judges or their crew, like the choreographer. You might assume that every audition and every dance is easy and every director is the same. Or you might not be able to stop talking and goofing off with the other performers. Either way, you wont make a great impression, no matter how good or experienced you are. Instead, focus and be respectful. Being mostly quiet will also be an outstanding help to running an internal monologue and tapping into your emotions. 4. Be a team player. This audition tip is meant to balance the aforementioned one about being tremendously confident. Make sure you are willing and open to almost anything. Believing in yourself and your gifts doesnt mean being unwilling to perform small roles, for example, or singing something other than what you prepared, or reading cold with an actor that you dont get along with. Performing arts auditions can be strange and spontaneous events. Successful, happy artists learn to go with the flow. Every director and audition panel is different, but most tend to look for talented performers who are also responsible, focused, and radiantly confident. Stories abound in the opera world of young, beautiful divas found screaming at another performer backstage or showing up to auditions late or even plucking hairs out of directors heads, then being given starring roles in the most opulent opera houses around the world. But those days are over. Production teams now want to work with people who are willing to work hard with others, those with a balance of humility and self-assuredness. With these audition tips, your best audition may be ahead of you. Heather L. teaches singing, piano, acting, and more in St. Augustine, FL, as well as through online lessons. Kickboxing Equipment and Where to Buy It
Kickboxing Equipment and Where to Buy It Everything You Need to Go Kickboxing ChaptersWhat Style of Kickboxing Should I be Doing? What Do I Need to Go Kickboxing?Gear for General Fitness Training.Where Do I Buy My Kickboxing Gear?Maybe you have read our article on the health benefits of kickboxing and now think that you need this sport in your life. Maybe you have seen some of the kickboxing world champions on the TV and have been inspired. Or maybe your mate brought you along to a class and now you are hooked, obsessed, addicted.Either way, if you are going to be taking your new favourite sport seriously, you are going to have to think about some of the gear you are going to need. And, from protective gear to your clothes and training equipment, there is really a lot to think about. Kickboxing is one of the most dynamic of combat sports, remember â" so you need to be prepared. As a casual kickboxer, your boxing training studio or gym will most likely supply most of the equipment for you. Yet, if you are going often, you donât really want to be using for too long a boxing glove thatâs been passed around a thousand people. And then think about sharing the boxing shoes, the ankle support, and â" God forbid â" the mouthguard. Letâs not actually think about that.Anyway, at some point, you are going to want to be buying your own training gear. Whilst it is an expense, it is just, simply easier. So, here are some of the key bits of boxing equipment that you are going to need in your kickboxing gear bags. And, at the bottom, we show you some of the best places to buy it all. Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and savate (French kickboxing) all have very different requirements, different levels of contact, and different conventions. So, it is worth being clear on which you will be doing before going ahead and buying the whole lot.For example, a lot of stuff is going to change if you are doing kickboxing in a cardio-fitness class rather than Muay Thai. In the former case, you arenât going to need a mouth guard, because no-one really should be punching you in the face at all.Meanwhile, if you are going to into a Muay Thai competition, you will need to consider the obligatory fightwear that Muay Thai fighters wear. This is a convention that you donât need to follow in your home gym â" but is necessary when you are participating i n official bouts. So, think about all this quite clearly. You donât want to end up with savate footwear when you simply donât need it. And people might look at you a bit funny if you went into a kickboxing ring wearing Muay Thai rope hand wrap.Check out our article on the different types of kickboxing. You can't kickbox without the right gearWhat Do I Need to Go Kickboxing? But letâs get down to it. Here are some of the essential things youâll need when you are kick boxing â" both for protection and for fitness.Gloves.The iconic and essential boxing gear: the gloves. Lightweight MMA gloves or the rounded leather gloves, effective handwear is absolutely essential for all boxers â" for the sake of your hands and for the sake of your opponentâs face. This stands for those using punching bags as well as those who are sparring. Donât bother with bag gloves: whilst these are more lightweight â" as they have less padding â" if you ever want to level up to proper competitive bouts, youâll need the real thing. Get them in fourteen- or sixteen-ounce sizes. You donât need specific Muay Thai gloves: these sizes will do for sparring gloves and training gloves in both kickboxing and Muay Thai.Mitts.Mitts â" or focus mitts â" are the pads that, whilst training, will protect your pa rtnerâs or coachâs hands from your punches. Whilst you wonât benefit from them yourself â" unless you are swapping the puncher and the trainer â" they are all-important. And they will make your training more effective.Whoever wears the mitts will call out combinations and return some pressure to your punch or kick.Hand Wraps.Youâre wearing your kickboxing gloves. Thatâs all good. But when taking boxing very seriously â" and doing it a lot â" you may want to consider handwraps. These you wear beneath your gloves, and they provide compression, security, and stability to the muscles and tissue in your hands. They provide extra protection, essentially â" and a harder hit to your opponent. In Muay Thai, you may have noticed that fighters wrap their hands in rope. Whilst different regions do this differently, the main aim is, again, protection. It will cover your hand and knuckles, give wrist support, and, sometimes, even extend to your elbow.Check out some of the world champ ions of kickboxing. The right kickboxing equipment is essentially for your own safety tooBody Armour: Shin Guards and Head Guards.Body armour sounds a little intimidating. But, remember, in kickboxing, you are fighting â" and, in fights, people get hurt. The point in protective guards is to prevent more serious injury than is absolutely necessary. (In Muay Thai, the aim is to knock your opponent out, so injury to some extent is inevitable.) Thatâs why protection is usually used for particular pain points: the head and the shins.Your headgear will protect your temples and forehead, primarily. For styles like American kickboxing, in which low kicks are forbidden, you will expect kicks to the head â" and itâs worth having something there between you and your skull.Meanwhile, in styles like savate, shinguards are fairly indispensable â" as low kicks can go straight to an extremely painful area.Talking of extremely painful areas, guys, get a groin protector too.Mouth Guards.A must in your sparring gear , a mouthguard or gum shield will prevent a tinkling of teeth to the floor after a wallop in the mush.Itâs fairly self-explanatory this one â" but as important as all the rest.Remember, if you are not intending to do fights, then all of this stuff is superfluous. A punch bag wonât punch back.Foot Guards. In kickboxing, youâll be striking your feet constantly. And, to ensure that you are protected from the force of your own strength, it is important that you take care to wear the correct foot protection.Kickboxing foot guards give support to your muscles, tendons, your little bones in your toes, and your ankles â" and they wonât obstruct your footwork at all.If you are doing savate, youâll need some special shoes for this style. There are quite strict rules from the presiding body, so it is important that you take care: no hard bits, no parts that can snag on an opponentâs clothes. In savate, the shoes are your main weapon, so make sure they are comfortable.Learn about t he kickboxing rules here!Clothing. When kickboxing, the chances are that you are going to get really hot and sweaty. So effective sports clothing is preferable â" if not essential. You want clothes with some breathability â" as well as boxing shorts that are not too baggy. Otherwise, theyâll just get in the way, and thatâs not something you want. For beginners, decent sports gear will work well enough.Punch Bags.Whilst far from essential if you are going to training at the gym, a punching bag of your own is great if you want to bring your kickboxing training into your home.Whether they hang from the ceiling or they are freestanding, the punch bag is the indispensable piece of gear for your practice. Whether you are just boxing for your own general fitness or you are training actively towards a bout, a punchbag is the way that you will improve the quickest. Kickbox like a champion.Gear for General Fitness Training.Whilst weâve listed the essentials, youâll find that youâll become a better kickboxer if you commit hard to your general fitness. This means cardio, weight training, and strength training â" and there are plenty of tools you can use for this.Take the skipping rope, the famous exercise tool of the boxer. This will help you develop your agility, speed, and cardio.A kettlebell or a selection of dumbbells are handy for strength training too.Where Do I Buy My Kickboxing Gear? There are all sorts of places that sell kickboxing gear â" from generic online marketplaces like Amazon to specialist local sports shops and your boxing gym.Youâll find specialist stores online too, like BoxFitUK, Geezers Boxing, Fight Outlet, and SugarRays. All of these places will provide you with all the equipment that you could possibly need.Look out for some of the best brands in the boxing and kickboxing market. Everlast is a classic, with some of the most famous names in the sport using their products. Otherwise, Twins make quality equipment and Blitz too. Finally, learn everything you need to get started in kickboxing!

4 Ways to Improve Your Problem-Solving Skills
4 Ways to Improve Your Problem-Solving Skills The ability to problem-solve is indispensable. As you move forward with your education, it will prove to be an invaluable asset not only as you study for entrance exams and unit tests, but also in college and beyond, when you launch your career. When you set out to solve a problem, you are essentially defining a question in need of a solution. Whether you solve that problem ultimately depends upon your ability to ask the right question and to take the necessary steps to find the most sensible solution. Of course, problem-solving is not always straightforward. Often, it requires a great deal of insight and critical thinking to imagine possible solutions, while it takes creativity and decisiveness to implement the best solution. Learning when and how to employ these qualities involves discretion, but acquiring such skills can also be the key difference between acing and flunking an exam. Here are four ways to improve your problem-solving skills: 1. Learn how to identify the problem On tests, a significant amount of time is wasted when a student is unsure what the problem is about. Occasionally, the source of an incorrect answer is rooted not in misinformation, but rather in misunderstanding. When preparing to solve a problem, ensure you are certain of two things: its scope (what is the question truly asking?) and its limits (what is the question not asking?). You can then move on to defining the problem. Here are some great tips to help you identify your study style. One way to define a problem is to rephrase the question. If you are dealing with a word problem whose sentences are long and convoluted, it may be helpful to break it into shorter, clearer portions. It may also be useful to mentally rearrange the word order so it makes sense to you. If you choose to do so, take care to avoid losing the original meaning. Correctly identifying a problem takes reading comprehension. To sharpen your reading comprehension skills, practice asking yourself questions when you read like, Can I summarize this paragraph in two sentences? 2. Draw connections Once you have determined the correct question, you can then find the right answer. This can be a multi-step process. For instance, on a math test, you may encounter a complex problem that you have never encountered before. Instead of skipping it, assess whether there is any part of the question that resembles a math problem you have solved in the past. Break it into simpler steps, then think each through. Math is more than just memorizing formulas and functions and making calculationsmuch of math depends upon numerical reasoning and logic. As a result, to improve your problem-solving skills, sharpen your reasoning skills. You may be surprised by the results. 3. Develop good habits To master any skill, you must first practice. Practice independently or with a mentor, like a tutor. Challenge yourself to practice problems in an area that is difficult for you. Here are a few of the best study habitsfor students. If solving antonym/synonym questions is simple, see if you can answer reading questions just as quickly. Or if algebra is your strong suit, perhaps you should devote more time to geometry. Solving such problems over and over again will help you strengthen pathways in your brain so you can do them again laterthis time, more quickly.Complete practice tests. Complete problem-solving exercises. Time yourself to see if you improve. Eventually, logical solutions will present themselves more readily to you, until solving problems feels like second nature. 4. Fuel your brain power Your brain is like an engine. It is powerful, quick, and it can go far. However, without proper fuel, it will not function well. Do not underestimate the value of a good nights sleep and eating well. Your brain and your body go hand-in-hand. To perform at your best mentally, you also need to take care of yourself physically. You may be surprised to learn that problem-solving skills depend on logical reasoning. The rational thinking that is required to solve problems involves a mentality that can be applied to many different scenarios. Strengthen your ability to think clearly and to identify strategies. In the end, you will have a skill set that is not only vital, but will also point you to real solutions.

How to Prepare for Your Med School Admissions Interview Part 5
How to Prepare for Your Med School Admissions Interview Part 5 By Michelle Finkel, MD Insider Medical Admissions The following piece was written byDr. Michelle Finkel. Michelle has been featured in ourAdmissions Expert seriesand is a former Harvard Medical School faculty member. She is the founder ofInsider Medical Admissions. In my last several guest posts on the Varsity Tutors Blog, Ive covered both prominent and subtle aspects of the interview day. Check out my July entry for advice on how to let your story show your glory and how to fake it until you make it, and my August entry emphasizing that you can run; you can hide; but you cant escape the weaknesses in your application. Septembers piece reviewed geographical issues how to ensure you persuade programs that you are willing to relocate to a substantially different location (you can check out anytime; but you can never leave) and solid strategies for demonstrating interest in schools thats amore. Finally, Octobers entry included advice on how to tactfully navigate interview day social events shiny happy people holding hands and how to manage illegal questions with poise youve got to hide your love away. As weve seen through those entries, the medical school interview day itself is complicated and imposing, and managing it graciously is critical. But many applicants give short shrift to creating a solid post-game strategy, work thats also essential to avoid missteps. In todays entry, well cover those often-overlooked points. Unforgettable After the interview day ends, you should take a moment to put your feet up and congratulate yourself for getting through the inconvenient travel, small talk with strangers, and ability to appear fresh and pleasant when youre really quite exhausted. Then, after youve taken a few deep breaths, you should take out your pen and paper and get started on your thank you notes. Two years ago, a medical school applicant wrote me to say that the Dean of the school at which she had recently interviewed called her to tell her that he was impressed with her candidacy and the hand-written thank you note she had sent. The client thanked me for my help with her application and for the thank you note tip. (As you might have guessed, she was admitted to that med school.) Writing a thank you note after a medical school interview is low-hanging fruit: Its an easy-to-perform courtesy with high impact for minimal effort that is frequently overlooked by otherwise competitive applicants. Its worth the few dollars at your local superstore and the three minutes apiece. But what should the letter contain, to whom should it be sent, and is email or snail mail the best method for delivery? First, the letter should be brief and clear. Thank the faculty member for the invitation to interview and ensure you point out that you would make a great contribution to the school if accepted. If you discussed a particular topic with the faculty member that would be appropriate for the note, you can include it. A brief but thoughtful thank you note can be only a few lines long and still make a positive impression. The flip side is that a flowery or inappropriately casual letter can leave the impression that you have the insincerity of a beauty pageant contestant or that you are overconfident mistaken perceptions that the recipient may rely on when she nixes your candidacy at the admissions committee meeting. Second, I recommend writing more letters rather than fewer, meaning that if you think you should write a letter, do it. Heres a tip: If you spent more than five minutes with someone one-on-one, consider writing him/her a thank you note. (Also write notes to those faculty members who participated in any group interview you had.) A brief and considered thank you note won't hurt and might help, so be generous with them. Finally, send your thank you notes through snail mail. (If you also want to email a note, that is fine as a supplement, but it should not replace a hand-written note.) The reasons are several-fold: First, email may be viewed as lazy. Hand-written thank you notes take more time, which shows. Second, its easy to delete, archive, or ignore an email. Also, to put an email thank you note in a hard file, the receiver needs to take the time to print out your email. You dont want any barriers between you and your good impression. I do recommend getting those handwritten thank you notes in quickly. The night after youve completed your interview or the next day is a good time to write and send. In addition to thank you notes, another tactic is writing a letter of intent. These optional updates to schools can confirm your interest, while showcasing old and new aspects of your candidacy. Programs often seek not just top recruits, but recruits who are genuinely grateful to be at their specific institutions, and sending a supplemental letter demonstrates that sentiment. If you plan to write a letter of interest, though, ensure you affirm your strong interest in the institution while keeping your writing brief. (I strongly advise one page maximum.) Also, make sure you distinguish yourself with your accomplishments: In editing letters of intent, I note that applicants often make the mistake of focusing on their desired institution's virtues. These programs already know their strengths; unfortunately, you won't further your candidacy by reiterating them. In my next blog, well discuss how to manage some sticky interview situations. Why Do Kids with ADHD Seem to Have Difficulty with Sleep
Why Do Kids with ADHD Seem to Have Difficulty with Sleep For many kids and teens with ADHD, getting a good nights sleep is a struggle. In fact, up to 70% of kids and teens with ADHD have ongoing sleep problems. These sleep challenges range from having a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep, to having extreme difficulty getting out of bed in the morning and feeling very sleepy throughout the day. It can seem like sleep problems stem from the fact that having ADHD seems to give kids so much energy at night, but the relationship between ADHD and sleep is actually quite complex and influenced by many factors. Fortunately, most sleep problems in ADHD can be treated successfully. Developing a clear understanding of your childs sleep problems is the first step determining which intervention will be most helpful. Inconsistent or prolonged bedtime routines. Kids with ADHD often struggle to get to bed on time, and at the same time, each night. For many kids, especially those who struggle with inattention, following a bedtime routine is a challenge. They start their bedtime tasks late, and take a long time to get everything finished, leading to a much later bedtime. Other kids with ADHD who are also oppositional may resist going to bed. They tend to have outbursts and refuse to do things like brush their teeth or turn off their electronics. These nightly battles delay bedtimes, and make it hard for them to settle down once they are in bed. Many kids and teens with ADHD also struggle with anxiety. Anxiety and ADHD can both make it difficult for kids and teens to turn off their thoughts when its time to go to sleep, leading to insomnia. Anxiety can also make it harder to fall back asleep for kids who wake up in the middle of the night. Stimulant medication side effects. Difficulty falling asleep is a common side effect of stimulant medications. When a child or teen starts a new stimulant medication, increases a medication dose, or takes medication too late in the day, he or she is especially susceptible to having his or her sleep disrupted. Screen time. Research has shown that kids with ADHD spend more time watching screens (television, videogames, tablets, phones) than kids without ADHD. Screen time throughout the day and especially in the evening, around 1 or 2 hours before bedtime, is associated with greater sleep problems. Secondary Sleep Disorder. For some kids, a secondary sleep disorder, like sleep apnea or periodic limb movement disorder (similar to restless leg syndrome in adults), may be a driving factor. Studies have consistently shown that sleep disorders occur more often in kids with ADHD than in kids without ADHD, and can exacerbate problems with attention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity. Kids with these secondary sleep disorders often get the recommended amount of sleep, but are not well rested in the morning and feel very sleepy throughout the day. Delayed Sleep-Wake Phase. Kids, and especially teens with ADHD, are also more likely to have delayed sleep-wake phase cycles. In these cases, a child or teens natural sleep cycle is delayed, so his or her body doesnt prepare to fall asleep until late into the night or and isnt cued to wake up until late the next morning. Kids and teens with a delayed sleep-wake phase have significant difficulty falling asleep and getting up on time in the morning. They also find it difficult to be alert in the morning, and are often much more focused and engaged in the afternoon. If your child or teen has ongoing sleep problems that make it difficult for him or her to fall asleep, wake up in the morning, or stay alert throughout the day, then talk to your childs pediatrician. A thorough sleep assessment will help uncover the cause of the sleep problems, and will help determine which intervention is best for your child. ABOUT DR. Zines as Study Tools
Zines as Study Tools I tend to fidget. I fiddle with my pens, bounce my knees, and doodle while listening. When I was in school, I resisted my fidgets as much as I could. In fact, the only times my fidgeting really got me into trouble was when I would get caught playing with beeswax under my desk or drawing in the margins of my notebooks. Still, these instances were enough to give me the strong impression that my habits were bad, and I suppressed them as much as I could. Now that Im older, however, Iâve found that its better to embrace the fidget. If I do something with my hands during studying or listening activities, I am actually a more focused and effective learner. As as an educator, Ive noticed the same tendency to fidget in many of my students, regardless of their age. I recently realized that finding a way to incorporate hands-on activities into our tutoring sessions and learning processes could be useful to my students even if a topic doesnt necessarily have a hands-on component already bu ilt in.Thatâs where mini zines come in. Zines in ContextZines have a revolutionary, anti-authoritarian origin story, but they can be about anything, for anyone. They historically have tended toward an inexpensive, DIY aesthetic to make it easy to distribute them. However, zines dont have to be simply made. Artists have used high-quality materials to create particularly elegant zines. For students, zines can be efficient tools for disseminating information in an artistic and highly portable package. They can be stress-relieving tools for learning, practicing, or testing oneself on new information. The zines I make with my students are composed of a (usually colorful) sheet of paper and allow for six pages plus a front and back cover. The design is simple, requiring only seven folds and one scissor snip (staples optional!*). Altogether, zine-making is a quick, fun way to produce a useful study tool that fits into most pockets.*If you forgo the staples, you can turn your zine inside o ut and reuse it for another topic or unit!Zines as a Study ToolSo what does this actually look like in terms of studying? The short answer is: it depends! Iâve used zines for myself and with my students in a variety of ways. You can use one as a cheat sheet or study guide that will stand out among the constant shuffle of papers. Or, design it as a workbook of practice problems (or alternating examples and practice problems). You could even use it as a homework checklist, study plan, or a notebook for brainstorming on specific topics. The possibilities are endless. My students have used zines for topics ranging from vocabulary to US currency, from SAT math to literature, from brain teasers to creative writing, and so on.However, itâs not just the informational aspects that make zines effective. Physically writing down content is a form of application, which helps to enhance studentsâ memories of the material and supports stronger recall. Physically making something also helps c alm anxious students by serving as an outlet for dispelling nervous energy while learning new or difficult topics. Bringing color into the learning environment also stimulates mental activity and interest. Plus, students simply find zine-making fun!In short, incorporating zines into my tutoring sessions has enriched and deepened the learning process in ways I wouldnât have anticipated beyond satisfying my need to fidget. These days, Im always looking for ways to incorporate mini-zine creation into my sessions. Whether or not your student is fidgety like me, Id encourage anyone looking for a fun way to enrich a students experience to do the same.Creating a ZineIf youâre ready to try your hand at zine-making at home, follow these simple steps (or print out this free guide):
